Excellent term that I use frequently.
1) This game is played in many forms
2) All should be acceptable, although they may not be palatable
3) MFCA, the major EF/MF organization should come up with
uniform rules for both styles of play. (There is power in unity and conformity. Ask the Mafia about it.
