Another point is that some coaches would rather watch and hope that there players get it done, and I can understand that.

But hear you are every coach, and every player, you are responsible for thinking, reacting, coaching! Unlike how I use to play, I would sit and watch them move, and not do what I want them to do. It was like playing football blind!
