Most leagues and tournament's are 3.2g , but 4.0g is starting to pop up all over.

League Weight that I play or played in.

Phily NEFL 3.3g
Philly PEFL 3.8g
D.C. BEFL 3.4g
NY BAM 4.0g
TX DFW 4.0g
