OK follow me on this, where do you place the ball is key, you will place the ball away from the defender much the same way the QB will place the ball only where his receiver as the best chance to catch the ball.
also, offensive pass interference........
if a rb is open in the flat, but a wr is unintentionally slanting (lets say) toward the OLB, i cannot pass this ball to the rb because there will PI on the wr who will pick the OLB upon starting the game board?

The WR can not block while the ball is in the air ( Pass Placement ball is down ) If he does it is rules PI on the WR
