Simple Solution
Excerpts from Footballfigure.net Defensive Backs DVD:
1. Cut the player from the platform.
2. Make the shoulder pads flat by cutting the shoulder pads horizontally towards the head.
3. At that point, the shoulder pads have a flat look which makes it easier to distinguish shoulder/tv numbers.
4. Heat player at the waistline area and bend over.
5. Submerge in cold ice water.
6. Take player out and then heat the right leg at the calf.
7. Elongate and angle the leg outwards at an angle like he is pushing off that leg.
8. Submerge in ice water.
9. On the left leg, heat under the thigh and raise the leg upward and slightly forward in a planting motion.
10. Submerge in ice water.
11. Cut the arms from the body at the shoulder pads. This really could have been done at #3.
12. Reposition the arms to look like they are angling outward.
13. Use heat to spread the arms like the picture.
14. Submerge in ice water.
15. Cut the hat off the player and reposition so that he looks straight at the receiver at the line. Use super strength glue for this.
16. At this point, the left foot should be planted towards the very front of the platform and the right should be angled out towards the back in a planting motion.
17. The platform is not orientated in its traditional manner but is horizontal to allow for the entire figure to be put in this action pose.
18. Once you become good at this, it should take no longer than 2 minutes. You can add padding on thighs or shoulders if you want for a more bulkier-type player.
The Defensive Backs video will have about 20 poses with 4 very intimidating cornerback poses. 3 will knock the player over and stand over him and the other onew, called the "cover corner" will chuck you at the line, release, and run with you. Most of the others are the strong and weak safety poses.
