Answers off the top of my head
Ant,
1) 3 yd stick and a 9 yard stick due to qb being out of tackle box and receiver is across field and also being touched results into using the 9 yd. Receiver is in the "A" zone 1 to 10 yds results in using the 3 yd pass placement stick,
2a) Im going to say a broken tackle
2b) It's a fumble. (follow the procedure for handling the fumble)
3) im going to say fumble also since he missed behind the line of scrim.
