Yes, there should be guidelines for newcomers to the hobby to go by, then let them decide how much to invest in the hobby and to play the way they would like to play the game.

Yes each league and tourney would still set their own parameters. Setting the maximums for what "miniature football" is, is what this is really about. We are really defining the definition for miniature football and with this in place would hopefully keep new manufacturers or old ones from increasing the scale, sizes and weigths of the figures and bases.

Ohh, your right, your comment was really only worth about 0.63 cents on today's marjket.
