Hey K-LO

The Cooper figure is a Buzzball RB with his arm adjusted back so DB's can't "catch" him. The key to him though, is he is on a black proline convention base with the rounded front. I can't believe nobody uses them. They run pretty fast, smooth, and are hard to cover.
