Filming begins Saturday!
This Saturday and Sunday marks the first days of filming for a television pilot being put together featuring some of the West Coast's finest coaches
Some of the best coaches in the country are coming from several different states, from Pennsylvania to California and places in between to take part in the type of miniature football that only happens in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Modified Shootout Rules.
There will be much love and respect for each other as the coaches gather for our early morning call times, but once the games begin the competition will be fierce, these cats do not play and the heated battles that will ensue will be captured on film with hopes that our brand of MF can be shown to the country.
I visited with Commissioner, Marcel Troilo today and he was pumped up and hard at work getting the venue prepped and dealing with the logistics that go into putting this type of thing together. You can not imagine the long days and hours it has taken to pull this off, amazing! He is putting a lot into this out of his own pocket with the hopes that this will be the springboard that launches this great hobby we all love on to television and to heights yet unknown.
There are more great things MF related yet to come from Los Angeles, stay tuned. I will try to take some pics and post up of all the action and coaches and film crews at work.
Countdown to greatness, minus one day and counting!!
