Inglesias isn't much of a burner. He could be a product of the system, Oklahoma did have a lot of talent.
With that being said, big play ability and a tall receiver probably has more potential. Though we know that doesn't always work.
Lastly, fits well within what Miami might want to do could be why. Like how Al Davis goes for the big tall, super fast receiver over a more sure thing. (probably why Oakland is where they're at
)
