Default outside of panthers and broncos are
ALL OTHER TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE OPEN AND AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. This is all prior to purchase of franchise. If there are coaches who want the cowboys, redskins, giants etc etc. Can they by that franchise if payment has not been received by the commisiioner. I remembr you saying no more verbal comittments
