Default Leagues Are Crucial

From Day One I have always advised new people to JOIN their local leagues for various reasons, but in the wake of this event (an alternative IS coming!), becoming someone's leaguemate entitles you to (A)knowledge, (B)discounted paint jobs, (C)experience and (D)a you-can-do-it-yourself attitude!

Back in '97, when I FINALLY became part of the Internet wave (on my Sega Dreamcast, no doubt!) I did a search for "electric football", found Miggle's 1st Chatboard and using a joystick typing one letter at a time, I joined the Miggle family. I then received the 1st Issue of Plugged In and that is where I found Frank, Edgar and Terry. I called them, visited them (after painting some VIKINGS with nail polish!), was enlightened by the Strategy Divider and the TTQB, and soon afterwards joined the MWEFL.

Now I paint, decal, tweak, and counsel new coaches as well as seasoned vets on a daily basis. I have pimped teams for leaguemates for FREE and I have charged pennies for others (relative to the time and detail I put into my teams!) NFL, College, ARENA, whatever.

And with this new MFCA, I'm sure as a member, discounts on pimped teams are part of the deal. ESPECIALLY for new coaches.

I am willing to at least pimp out a team for a new coach for pennies-on-the-dollar ONCE. Then, once they're hooked, after I drop the bomb of "what it's really worth" then the next 100 calls are "how do you do...???" Ask Ronnie B.!!!

So...to answer THE question...WE will survive this phase of EF and we should welcome in the Next Generation of "miniatures...???"
