Shabby, as you know, I sent you a pm regarding most of your post. I do have to comment on the part quoted.
When the community was asked 9 months ago for input on the COC and a committee was formed there was little to no input from the community and then barely any from the committee. Offer up a better suggestion and we can look at it at it and add it to the agenda for the annual business meeting. Otherwise you get what you get.
Moderator agenda needs to be layed to rest right now

. I am real tired of hearing that one! I have the logs to back it up as every move a moderator makes is recorded by the software. I didn't do the math, but 99.5% of the post deletions that have anything to do with the community at large are deleted by me. The moderators are doing there jobs without bias. We do make mistakes sometimes and I will openly admit it when I do and usually send that person a pm but to bring up agendas is completely out of line and uninformed and I will not stand by and accept that.
You said you wanted open talk and discussion, well there you go.
