Let me tell ya a little secret. Bum Phillips is a great motivator,and he is working us even harder than ever before. Reports out of Oilers camp is that they feel like they lost all their games, and don't even consider thinking they are better than anyone in the league. They know they have a bullseye on their chest, and they must get better in order to be reigning champs again. We are not hungry,we are starving for victory.
