Welcome back to the hobby. See if Miggle currently sells a painted team in the Eagles colors, then get with Beenutt on this site and get some waterslide decals, you can then finish your team with ease and yes the names are decals 99% of the time. If you are willing, painting is always fun and then you can apply the decals over your hand painted figures. Yes, you can always buy a fully painted and decaled team from many of the talented individuals here as well or seek out a coach here or on Ebay to see if there are any of the old Miggle declaed Eagles for sale.
For a stadium, you can also get a custom made field cover in a variety of materials from many guys on here as well.
