The beauty of pre- cut decals is that you DON'T HAVE TO to trim around complex shapes. Which is especially helpful for pant leg stipes (and a big time saver). But you will still need to use the exacto knife to cut helmet stripes and the like to the length you need.

I still cut the numbers I am not using as needed.

Also, with a good decal sheet you can re- use the decals you didn't apply. Just let them dry and soak'em later as needed.
