for the putty, I used "green stuff" paste. Easy to find on Ebay, for example. I buy mine in 36" rolls for about 20USD shipped. I buy big quantities because I work professionnaly with that every day (and everynight, on hobby time...I do quite the same thing, but it's funnier I don't know why
)
for the faces, This time (except for the QB) I simply roughly sculpt them directly in the plastic, with xacto knife and sand paper. The result is good, easy and fast, even it's not as good as really sculpted faces.
