Starting from the left.
One and Three are Tudor around 65, the other two are Coleco, possibly early Munroe. I believe it was Coleco that was sued for copyright infringement so I would bet those are Coleco. Tudor combined these figures then scaled them down to almost the size of the 62-63 sets to come up with the 67 Deluxe figures. Those figures were scaled down slightly to the 69 figures (Hog Legs) which reset the guard figures feet to the rear of the base for more balance. Unfortunately, those perfect figures had a short life because of, you guessed it, money. Just my 2 cents.
