Hi Scott, thank you for the answer.
I'm interested in the jimbo weight system too : even if I don't play in league or competition, a little serious theory in our games is something I like to consider
BTW, that weight "problem" is something I like a lot in MF. As a former wargamer, everything in the games I played was ruled by charts, tables, and rulers. In miniature football, everything is directed by the real mother earth good old physics
It's fun to think that I re-sculpted some linemen to make them look stronger, and finally the result of the art work make them REALLY stronger on the field
EDIT : Yes, I believe you're right, Reginald. Since, after all, I'll probably never participate to any US "major" league or tournament, I can do what I like.
But putting standards is interesting too, because who knows ? perhaps one day in France, we'll have enough players around to create interesting tournaments and competitions, and rules will be needed too ! Even if finally the "french format" is not the same (and/or as good as US formats)
But I like the ideas I've readed here from some guys about the game : sometimes quite "mad" ideas, probably not useable "out of box" on the field, or not balanced, but all that new ideas are interesting to "cook" too !
