I made some measurement tonight of figures I created, including a regular TTC base.
Later I'll make real comparaison, for fun and for information (first I'll have to understand your weird US weight measurement system
).
Perhaps the NFL specialist here will dig some interesting info with that measurements :

Vernon Davis : 4.04 grams (250lbs = real athlete weight)
Alex smith : 3.98 grams (217lbs)
bruce isaac 3.92 grams (188lbs) (3.49grams on rookie base)
crabtree 3.90 grams (214lbs) (3.47 grams on rookie base)
moran norris 4.01 grams (250lbs)
gore 3.95 grams (217lbs)
line :
heitmann : 4.12 grams (312lbs)
Chilo rachal : 4.20 grams (315lbs)
staley : 4.25 (315lbs)
snyder : 3.88 grams (my lighter player, surprisingly !) (325lbs)
David Baas : 4.20 grams (330lbs)
We can see that the weight comparaison is not perfectly realistic...especially for Snyder (easy to "fix" with a little weight addition) and Isaac ! For the other players, the comparaison results are not so weird or surprising, finally !

He's HUGE
Davis is about 115kilos, Gore about 100kilos...big men too when we see their speed skills !
