Would any of you tolerate your boss getting in your face like a football coach at your job? I know I wouldn't.

Fewer players today are willing to tolerate the antics of coaches "in your face" technique and today's coach must realize that form of coaching does not work with every player. Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on how you look at it) today's coach has to be part psychologist in dealing with today's player. The flip side is that many of these so called professional athletes constantly deserve a kick in the rear end.

Today's coach has it rough.
