Joel Congrats on the award. This type of award is often overlooked but is near and dear to my heart as I recieved the 2007 NHFL "COTY" and appreciate what effort it takes to get there.
This award says that a Coach has an abosolute grasp on all aspects of the game, recruiting talent (tweaking), meshing the team for a game plan and above all Honor and Sportsmanship which Joel displayed right up to the very end.
