![]() Wolf,
With this being a first in Canton, you will have so many guys there that it may be as good of time as any to forge ahead on the trading card thing. I wish we would have done that back in the day when Dirk and Jon Thomas was alive. I definitely would have gotten several of theirs autographed. Guys are starting to get up in age and you never know. It would be a great keepsake for some. It's just something I wanted to throw out there because more people are playing the game and it would not hurt them to know some of the history of the game as it has evolved and some of the great pioneers/trailblazers who made things possible for them. It would even better if you had their autographed card - Just thinking out loud. Reg |

![]() I would like to see this happen also. After I put it out there I got a couple of responses but no follow through. Then I just got busy with other stuff.
Here is what it takes to make it happen. 1) Each coach needs to supply a high res photo. High res photos require your camera to be set at its best or next to best setting(No cell phone photos-Do not crop the photo-clear not blurry) 2) Each coach needs to provide a paragraph, stats etc that would go on the back of the card 3) Money? For 250 1 pose cards, 14 pt gloss coated cover, UV coated, full color, front and back print, including shipping is $68.00 plus a one time art fee of $15.00 Total: $83.00 For 500 1 pose cards, same info as above. $70.00 plus a one time art fee of $15.00 Total $85.00 For 1000 1 pose cards, same info as above. $80.00 plus a one time art fee of $15.00 Total $95.00 So for example: If you wanted to do 250 sets of 10 cards (i.e. 10 coaches) the cost would be $830.00 For 500 sets of 10 cards the cost would be $850.00 For 1000 sets of 10 cards the cost would be $950.00

![]() Might as well get 500 for the couple bucks difference.
Send me your info 75 words or less for the back, photo, colors you like such as black and silver and let me know if there are any league logos you want on it and I'll get you a proof.

![]() Fellas,
I have a lot of shots of your work! Some individual, some solo and some game shots! I've been working on a Figures video Cd to play at tornys and such. Still working on it. I don't have names but i'll see if I can get it out here some how so you can see some of these great shots. I love having cards of some of these figures. This is one of the greatest idea to come from our community. I hope I can help. I really have a lot of photos very few duds! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

![]() my attention about 8 years ago by Don Smith. I have to give him his cred on this because he had called me right after I got laid off and he started talking about doing some type of card with coaches on them.
I asked him if he had ever thought of patenting that idea. Personally, I thought it was a brilliant idea. He never talked about that too much but over the years, it had been glossed over and talked about. I think I brought this back up a couple of years ago but the genesis was with Don Smith on this idea. That's what I remember. Reg |
