While the ultradetailed figures are indeed magnificent, there is something about the completely handpainted team which speaks to the personal touch and makes such teams unique, one-of-a-kind items.

Good eye for doing the shoes, nice touch. Polamalu with hair is always a bonus. Keep at it. Decals are nice but as coaches mentioned the hand-painted team has its own appeal.
