Default Leagues and tournaments

Coaches,

What leagues and tournaments do you consider to be the "Major" leagues and tournaments in the hobby today and why?

For example: The Miggle Convention and Super Bowl Tournament. Attended by over 300 coaches and tournament participants annually. Great place for coaches to meet and fellowship with other coaches from across the nation. Able to purchase electric football products directly from the manufacturer and other vendors of electric football products. Able to compete in a tournament format for the title of "Miggle Champion" and for the coveted "Championship Ring". Able to compete against other coaches in the infamous "Green Room" games. Kids tournament, MFCA Skills Competetion, Friday Night Dinner and reception, seminars, and give aways.

I am asking for this info to be included in the "For Advanced Play" rules that the Rules Committee is beginning to work on.

Thanks for everyone's input.
Chris LeMay
Chairman of the MFCA Rules Committee.

Default Chris I would have to throw Philly's NEFL in

near the top of any league.

With all 32 teams in the league, plus the Deuce which features the younger generation of our MF coaches, the league just about has it all.

The league has hosted the MFCA skills competitions in a show of support.

But maybe the biggest reason for the success of the league is the John M. Perzel Center, the home of the league. Every single visitor has raved at the size, location, and up keep of the facility.

Just take a look at the pictures from earlier this year.... Feb 09

With coaches no further than 2 & 1/2 hrs away, we are really a local league. We shy away from road warriors or coaches that would have a difficult time making play dates.

This upcoming year will be the 2nd for the Deuce, our champion is Zack Greco

Our NEFL champ is Big Keith Chalmers.

Here are the photos from the NEFL title game:

The rules are fast paced, with a count down for every decision or action. All kicks, passes and punts....including onside kicks are performed with the TTBQ and/or the G-Force kickers & passers.

Check the website for a full print out of the rules
