it depends on the time
if it is early in the day....hot coffee
if it is during the later part of the action, mix it up....... if it is the late show... frosty cold one or 3 will do......

well, 30 or 40 years ago, it would be Gatoraid, hands down, because of the cool football helmet lids you got, now days, UN sweet Tea, ice cold, or Coffee
