![]() Thanks all
Aussie Rules football is very different to American. In Aussie rules if someone kicks the ball and some one can catch it on the full than a "mark" is awarded and play pauses until the ball is kicked, passed (by hitting it with your fist) or running. If the ball is kicked between the big posts than 6 points is awarded if it goes through the littler posts 1 point is awarded http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_hqosNvv5E here is the promo video for the AFL. I live in New South Wales so don't really follow that sport. In the Northern parts of Australia Aussie Rules players are viewed as a girlie lot and real men play rugby league. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tlRXncuqpc video of tries and big hits, rugby league is also known by rugby players as poor mans rugby in Australia. However the weird thing is of the lot, soccer and American Football players are the most girlie known in Australia. Now this is were I get a bit ![]() ![]() Brett |
