Default basestweaking (has anyone ever tried)

COACHES,

Has anyone ever tried heating the pliers itself for base tweeking ? If so, what are some of the positive results ?

Did anyone ever tweek a bunch of ITZ dials with major results ?

How many bases do you go through before you get to that super base ?

What makes more of a difference in your estimation, the shell or the dials ?

I think the polo green bases are the best i've ever seen 1 Mike pratt loves them also because you dont have to do much to them after taking them off the sprue !

What's the fastest a lineman should run in a 40 (ttc base)

Whats the fastest a linebacker should run in a 40 ?

If you defensive back is going to bump then run with the receiver, how fast should your db's be ?

Do you guy's have db's backs at various speeds ? example, are your safety's faster than your corners

Has anyboby ever seen a ttc base that's faster than a rookie base ?

For strength, if your adding weight to the base( magnets), do youput the magnet in front or the back of the base? or do you distribute it evenly.

Reg rutlegde can elaborate in detail about the weight and performance that each of the ff.com figures bring. Biglock speaks on this topic also. Many coaches love the haiti repro because of their performance, can someone elaborate on that.

How do you coaches determine what figure can perform what task for you ?
example, you put a base on one receiver and he may not do anything, put the same base on a running back and all of a sudden he's ladanian tomlinson ?

WHAT GIVES ? PLEASE ELABORATE !!!!!!

Yep,
I like heating the pliers first, and it works GREAT with ITZ dials! Just heat the pliers, apply a lot of pressure to the front prongs, a little to the back, cut to size and test. If they are strong and quick, you are done. If not, simply curl the prongs at the very tip to the back of the dial at about a 45 degree angle and that should work. Everything after that is just small adjustments.

I always heat my pliers when tweaking except.. not always for speed..
The F5 base has more plastic in the prongs.. SO.. I'd never tweak one without the heat..

Get a candle warmer.. Set your tweaking pliers.. (more than one set at a time) on it....

I heat the pliers also to remove flash. By heating the pliers it allows you to control the amount of plastic burnt off when flashing. Heat the pliers and touch the prongs with the heated pliers.
