David Garrard rejoins ECU.......
In an attempt to claim the first ever CBSMF title, David Garrard has agreed to re-join the Pirates of East Carolina and lead them in pursuit of a major bowl victory.

jeff blake is in the works, he will back up garrard, behind him will be robb cass. but hopefully i wont have to go that deep into the roster

Rick, you inspired me to start on my VOLS
When I saw David Garrard out on the West Coast gettin' ready to throw down against the likes of "Klimpson", Grambli', Michigan, Boise State, and Buffalo, I got kinda hyped!
That's when I decided to start on my VOLS! So thanks Rick, for lighting a fire under my belly to start the long road towards the SWC crown and hopefully, a playoff berth. Reg
