Default What Is Unique About 3 Different Coaches In Your League

COACHES

If you can pick 3 coaches in your cureent league/leagues, what make them unique and a valuble statesman in being part of what you do. say the firast thing thing comes to mind. Coaches who are not mentioned, we all know you bring something but i want to hear of just three. And, that three does not neccesarily have to be the favorite amonst league mates. Just, what are there unique qualities that make say, "man, im glad he is here "

Too Many to really only mention three :but here goes

RD- The most helpful coaches that I know, he took the time to explain the game to me (the ends and outs) , showed me how to paint , decal , every , tweak, game plan all parts of the Game .
I ask many questions and he always had a answer

M. Robertson- I still need more time to get to the core but have had a few good conversations with him and know that he is "Real" . He is down to earth and just a good man. I look forward to spending more time with him to crack the core and find more.

Reggie-
He is like Madona one name and every one knows him, he and Mike are so much alike and have so much information it is untapable. There is not enough time to draw it all out . Reggie is so into this game and has experinced it all and has a very creative mind.

Barry Stephenson-\
I have to go with 4 not three
I put Barry with all of the above for some of the same reasons
Good coach , helpful , and he to will take time to help and explain to a rookie like me.

I think this is a great post :
If you are trying to spread the Hobby and your league you need to listen to a rookie on this ( and I am sure most of you know this)
If you want coaches to stay around you need to train they how to be succesful and win some games or at least be competitive.
If I was to have played my first few games and got drove like 60 -0 I would have been furstrated and it would have been hard to keep my interest up. But I was trained pretty good by all of the above . This has allowed me to be competitive and I am fighting and working at this hobby all the more.
So if you can recrute them you have to train them to keep them.
