Default 2007 16-0 Patriots

A new miniature football franchis is born. Here is my Patriots team that I made to play in the Mid-Ohio League. Special thanks to Frank Jacobs for 8 AWESOME defensive figures (#75,93,94,99,37,55,36). Decals from Beenut are awesome, many customized figures from Egridiron, as well as hybrids I made from Miggle, Buzzball, and FF.net figures. I wish the pictures could be a little better, but oh well.

First pictures are the entire team, the new 24x48" metal field that I made (still need to make sidelines), and the coach (me)...with a new jersey, also from Frank. This team is mde up of the latest and greatest of the hobby and I am very happy with how it turned out. Basing them up at the end was as much fun as any part of the whole process of building this franchise.
Joe

Default O line and QBs

72 LT Matt Light*+
70 LG Logan Mankins*
67 C Dan Koppen*
61 RG Steve Neal
77 RT Nick Kaczur

Two Brady figures and a backup QB, Matt Cassel. Love those Egridiron Olineman. This O-line was built forpower...great pass blocking and power interior rush game. Two Brady figures designed to do different things for a bigger playbook

Default RBs and Wrs

Power RBs in Maroney and Evans, a versatile back that can come out of the backfield to catch balls in K.Faulk. A solid group, looking to add S.Morris to this group though for more depth.

WRs...this is an explosive group. Moss is tough to check and Welker can FLY. These guys can get loose!

Default TE and D-Line

K.Brady and B.Watson are my TEs and they are designed to blow up loopers and get open for the short passes. Watson, is more of a big play threat, whereas Brady is more crafty. Jabar gafney is on an old Munroe base and he is my 4th WR and he is a great possesion reciever.

This D-line was made from Figures from Frank J. I love them! The figures are intimidating, and they are very functional. Look at the swim move by Wilfork. This was a great DL in 2007 and I did my best to make this the heart of my defense with some great strength up front. Despite the strength watch out for Ty Warren and Seymour to get after the passer though too. I love the prolines at this position!

Default LBs

The Patriots primarily run a 3-4 so this group had to be strong and versatilve. I have both strenght, speed rushing, and run stopping versitlity in this group of linebackers. I often will sub out theseLBs based on the situation..they all will definately play. Again thanks to Frank for the great Seau and A. Thomas figures!

Default D-backs

I've got tremendous speed in this group, especially my corners #22,27 (Hobbs, Samuel) and my FS #36 Sanders. #37 Harrison (also a figure by Frank) is a hard hitting saftey. His weight tips foreward when the board is stopped and he can deliver punishing blows. This entire group was designed for Mid-Ohio rules were speed is paramount in the secondary and hard hits (that knock over recievers) can cause fumbles. Hobbs and Samuel are my most versaitle players since they can run foreards, backwards, and spin on a dime with my new base I created using a TTC and ITZ dial.
