![]() I don't think it's a real pic, theres no calve muscle, his shin looks small, and on the right foot the sock is black at the bottom, on the left it's white, also his foot should be facing upward.

![]() I believe. The only thing out of place is his Knee. His thigh pads clearly suggest he is falling forward over the knee which makes it look awkward. That knee is totally dislocated with the player falling over it. Tough Break, no pun intended. The picture suggest that he may be yelling. Even though the player in the background's face cannot be seen, his hand positioning would probably put his head on the subject. More telling is the coaches' clipboard with all the notes. It looks like he dropped his hands upon either seeing the incident or hearing the scream, it would appear.
