Default WHO HAS TRUE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR TEAM ?

Coaches,

Who in this hobby has true ownership of there ENTIRE team ? What i mean by true ownership is. YOU DONE EVERYTHING YOURSELF TO PUT THAT TEAM TOGETHER AND ON THE FIELD

1) YOU PAINTED THE TEAM

2)YOU DID ALL THE DECALING ON SAID TEAM

3)YOU TWEAKED EVERY SINGLE BASE YOURSELF ON THAT TEAM

4) YOU PRATICE A FEW TIMES A WEEK WITH THAT TEAM

***THIS IS YOUR LEAGUE OR TOURNEY TEAM THAT YOU CREATED FROM NOTHING TO A CHAMPIONSHIP SQUAD ALL ALONE.

I liken this to a recording artist. I have the utmost respect for an artist who

1)wrote every single word on that cd
2)produced and arranged that cd
3)nowaday you can play all the music via 1 source for that cd

unless you can do everything, you dont really have true ownership of that cd.

Same principal applies here. In creating my denver bronco squad for the up coming 2010MPFL SEASON. I wan't this team to be soley my creation from start to finish. Many times i have had the great chris stacey paint my squads(who i will be going back to for future things). I had some bases tweaked by outside sources other then myself. So even if i would have won i still would not have felt like it was my team and myself who won the championship.Don't get me wrong, i appreciate all the help but i need it to feel like it is my science project i wan't to give to the teacher.

It's alot of work putting together a team., Does anyone have true ownership of there team and how does it feel to know it was all done by you

thanks
mantaraydre

Default Hhmmmmmm

I customized, painted, and decaled my entire Grambling team. I added bases from some of the great tweakers in my area. I still have to coach 'em up to work as a unit.

With that said I have true ownership of my team.

Default HEY DETRIOT C

DETROIT C,

I understand you coach the team to play and your the primary owner. But the person who tweaked the bases for some players on that team has to be considered a minority owner. yourself 90% and the tweaker 10%. You must squeeze those pliers yourself to be the 100% owner.
