Default My First Board

I got my first board a couple of days ago to play around with. I picked up an Electric Football Challenge board for about $25 brand new. I'm actually pretty pleased with the performance. I mounted the legs on some pink insulation foam, strapped the bottom with duct tape, and placed a felt washer around the nut. Runs reasonably quite and has a decent speed. Untweeked bases are moving around 40 yards in 3.5 seconds. Only one "slow" spot and two hot spots.

I'm making an indoor football field for it at 1" = 2 yards. I've already made the field cover for it and I'm going to make the side pads this weekend.

I'm basing the game on the CIFL - The Continental Indoor Football League - which is a 7-man indoor football and is a bit more defense-friendly than Arena Football. You can actually blitz ANY ONE non-lineman and the DB's are free to roam anywhere after the snap.
