Default WHAT DO YOU THINK

COACHES,

What does everyone think about creating there OWN MINIATUREFOOTBALL TEAM . This is for ALL coaches who have not done so .
Football is still going to be football. So who said we had to play with NFL teams AND COLLEGE TEAMS. The MFCA can create an entire new empire if coaches took the time and created a team in there eyes. The reason NFL and college teams are chosen is because that is who and what we see on tv all the time. Of course we are all big fans of the NFL and would like to play with there teams, but we can become creative in making our own. I have five different mantaray's teams i made from scratch. I alway's had the vision to make them because i wanted a team to call my own.

all that is needed is for you to come up with a city of your choice and a catchy name and logo. Once you have settled on a name, you can work with wolf on designing a logo. once that is done, wolf or your self can send that logo to a decal maker to shrink down and create helmet logos. THE ENTIRE COLOR SCHEME OF YOUR TEAM IS ENTIRLEY UP TO YOU. Just make it like no other team in history.

looking for a team name, look int animals, birds, cars. Anything that is catchy and will match the name of the city of choice. For instance, if you live in michigan, you can try the "flynt ----------" and team name of choice. there may be something in flynt michigan that is popular in that city we are unaware of.

ofcourse you can still play your nfl teams but lets create an entire new way of football life here on the chatboard. Besides, would'nt you feel a sence of accomplisment creating something in your own eyes that is soley yours.
100 coaches on this chatboard can be the dallas cowboys. But you will be the only one with the team you have created. DONT USE ANY OF THE CITIES THE NFL HAS ALREADY TAKEN. USE ANOTHER CITY IN THAT STATE.

Believe it or not, the hardest part doing all of this was finding the right color combination. You see at least 20 you really like. as far as names on the jerseys, USE FRIENDS , FAMILY, ANYONE YOU KNOW WHO WOULD FIT YOUR TEAM. ****ALWAYS MAKE YOURSELF THE QB OR YOUR FAVORITE POSITION ON OFFENSE AND DEFENSE. Just make two seperate figures.

***we never had to rely on the nfl or college to make a team !!!!!!!

thanx

Thumbs up Dayton Triangles

I happen to live in a city with one of the oldest NFL teams... They played at Triangle Park near my home before they moved out of town.

The team isn't licensed or owned by anyone... fair game!

I would love to call dibs on the Dayton Triangles...

I'm In!!!

George,

These would be MFCA's teams to be used in tournaments or leagues if allowed. This has nothing to do with a particular league.

K-Lo,

I'm in. This was suggested on Reggies post. These teams could be used in all leagues and tournaments as long as everyone in that league and tourney agrees on it. I will start. Mike these would be MFCA's teams.

Default own names

great suggestion, whether or not its been mentioned before, yet giving credit to the originators. Nevertheless, we move on. The suggestion is great once again. when we, as adults start thinking outside the box-NFL, other professional teams, etc. we graduate into adulthood, independent thinking, elevation of oneself....The professional teams should be glad that we would even consider using their logos, etc. without the customers, what business entity would exist? Just a thought. I am going to start tonight working on my own team and if GOD willing, i make it to Canton, they will be seen there.

Default Feel the same way, Creasy(BTW, loved the movie)

The NFL and the NCAA ought to consider this free advertising. In fact, with the creativity and design in this "fantasy" game, they chould invest in this endeavor just as in things like the Madden game. As some have mentioned, this can be a great teaching tool for young prospective fans, much more effective than the X-box games. There is also another underlying attraction to this game. With the world going crazy and out of control, this game presents a great opportunity to "take control", as you can be as involved in practically every aspect of this game as you desire. From the tweaking of the bases to the customizing of the figures, from the designing of gameboards and to coaching, with all the other innovations that have raised the level of realism that make it more interesting as well as just plain fun.
