Coach Biglock is in Miami which is south Florida and Jacksonville is in northeast Florida. However, I think Biglock knows a coach in Jacksonville by the name of Coach Holtz. You may also try a coach who goes by the name Steel Town Tough who lives in Daytona Beach. Off the top of my head I have no idea how close Daytona Beach is to Jacksonville. Try contacting both coaches to see if they have any contacts in Jacksonville. Hope this helps.
