KC...
I think you just started the process - by posting your interest and reaching out.
Local paper, pennysaver, hobby shops, game shops, etc... Gotta find aToy Wiz like place - that would be a great jumping off point. Good luck!!!

I've got guys in the Jacksonville area...
that are about to launch a Shootout-based league. I don't know if this is a method of play that would interest you.
They are about to do some things with their Alltel Stadium with the local news outlet and the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars for opening week. If you are interested in that style of play, I will hook you up with them. Reg |

My daughter will be going to Valdosta St. I,m able to participate in your league. I believe at least three coaches from Atlanta wouldn,t have a problem. We have a league starting here in Sept we only meet once a month. I live south GA its only a 5 hr drive for me to come that way. PM me some info off what kind off league your trying to start. I move from Beltsville ,MD which was BEFL to Ga and started the DSEFL with L. Crawford. We are here for what ever you need.

Try this, it works.
Get about 100 flyers made up or more, at the top in bold letters say, do you remember this game, then have a nice clear pic of one of Reg's stadium's, he has 1 that is in his backyard with like 6 coaches around it, place the pic right under your heading, under the pic put your contact information with a BRIEF wording on the game, keep it short, you will lose people with a long explanation, remember people are allways in a rush,........place these flyers at all high volume locations,.......liqour stores, gas stations, postoffice, police stations, fire stations, banks, sportsbars, rec centers, supermarkets, community centers, bowling alleys, laundrymates, ATM machines, any other high volume places you can think off.

LMAOOOOOOOOOOO,..........Don, most cops remember this game bigtime, (35 and up age group),.......I was asked by miggle to tell my story of how electric football got me out of a traffic ticket, but I declined,......liqour stores, it's just another high volume spot that might pull out a cat or 2 who played this game as a kid.

Talking to cops works. I was leaving from Bama Blast last week and I ran into a Random road block the cops was trying to catch people with out seat belts or insurance cards. Guess what I didn,t have the insurance card in the car. Officer ask me where was I coming from at 2:30 in the morning with a black case setting in the front seat that look like a gun case. When I explain to him about the Bama Blast an show my custom figures he was shock it was still around. He just took down the Miniature web-site info and told me to be careful trying to back to GA. Man was I happy!!!!
