Lions, Tigers, or Cowboys, oh no! Tough call.

Well, they're certainly ugly enough to be Cowboys.
Seriously though, they look like a bunch of losers, so I would go with Lions. Whatever they are, I have all the faith in the world that you could paint over them and make them look teriffic.

Cowboys or Lions?
I would say they are Cowboys. certainly one of Tudor"s UGLY 60's or 70's paint jobs. From most of the Tudor catalogs I have seen Lions had silver stripes on the helmet over the blue and blue stripes on the pants.

Lions. If it was a Cowboys team, you'd see something like a crude star or a spot. The slash across the helmet would represent the charging Lion just like the red slash on the sides of a white Tudor helmet represented a Cardinal.
