Can the hobby survive with no NFL Teams!!

Coaches miggle no longer has NFL teams can a hobby like this survive with the NFL??Since I was a kid this game is about the NFL yes you can college Arena football or CFL but come on this game is about pro football always has and will always be.Many of us can paint are teams no problem but what about the guys who are just getting back into it or want to!!Many have look at the miggle situation as miggles thing but really it also affects us as well.Electric football is about pro football for sure!!Can we do withoutthe NFL hell no!!What you think??

As long as this hobby has these kind of people in it the N.F.L electric football world will be fine. I love just the N.F.L as well, and as long as this hobby has the talent it has in every catagory like I've seen thus far everything will be fine as far as I'm concerned. I've never been more excited...

I think it will survive, but it will never be the same. This may be a good thing. Sales will probably go up in the Southern region of the country because college football rules down here. However, sales (for Miggle) will probably go down in the North and the Midwest because pro football is loved in those areas.

A lot of us paint our own teams, which probably hurts Miggle quite a bit, mainly because they no longer have a monopoly on paintable figures. It wouldn't hurt them if we still bought their figures, but we get them from Buzzball, FF.com, and any other source we can find.

I think it can survive without the NFL teams but it will definitely put a real strain on the hobby. I am concerned about the new coaches who come to the hobby only to learn that NFL teams are no longer available. I have heard rumors that there will be a new manufacturer putting out NFL teams in the future. The problem is WHEN will that be and until then we could lose some new coaches. As "O-schemer" said in the previous response it just won't be the same.

If you were to sit down and put some honest thought to it you will find out that it is about the game of football first , and the NFL , CFL , College , etc second .

For the most part we are playing or trying to play football with miniature figures .

What we love is to see the action unfold infront of us and all the hard work we put into working on our team to stand above the other team .

Lets not forget that this is a football game first . The future of this hobby rest in how the game is represented , and viewed by otheres . When we put what we think will work , or like over what is actual football then we are hurt the hobby .

Will The Real Football Hobby Please stand Up ? That is the all important question that has never been answered .

Survival , the future of this hobby is in our past and if we don't learn from it then we will repeat it . Boards size has changed , figures , decals , face mask , but the thing that remains the same could be what hurts the hobby .

If your able to see the NFL Network and see the coaches tape as they breake down a play then you will understand .

The Future of this hobby will come down to actual football , not who we like , not what we think , but the reflection of the game seen throught the eyes of the future .

What's up miniature community i'm John Blaze. Glad to be here? Who is this guy and can someone please explain to me what the hell he's talking about? The hobbie needs NFL representation! Casual players do not want to pay for decaled teams. WE WANT NFL TEAMS FOR LESS THEN $10. I'm not giving my son, who loves to play the game, a team greater then $10. He loves the game and hobbie but will break a player in a heart beat without any sense of true value. Thats what kids do and we forget that this is what this game is. A CHILDS GAME THAT ADULTS HAVE LET TO LET GO!
