Pac 10 Tourney, Rick Garrison the Champ, and E & D’s Open Run

First I have to say to Eric this turned out to be a great idea. Even though both the Pac 10 and CBSMF champions had already been crowned, this cleaned the slate and gave all Pac 10 coaches who could participate (9 total) another shot at winning something…the college letter sweater. It also served as a great tune up for the Open Run.

Congrats Rick, you earned it! You beat Mike T, E-Rob in OT, and exposed the special teams my Mighty Meeeeechigan Wolverines in a tough 21-19 victory! I had visions of partaking in Michigan football this fall in my new letter sweater…and you took that kick return to the house for what turned out to be the winning score. In the words of Florida Evans “********, ********, Daaaamn!” I digress… coaches, ECU has arrived, and oh yeah Clemson has too, so if you are coming to E & D’s Open Run…look out!

Last year was a blast and with the completion of the CBSMF’s outstanding inaugural season we expect this year’s Open Run to be even better. I hope to see all of you there.

As a matter of fact, congrats to the reigning Open Run champ, Mike Robertson, one of the best coaches and an ambassador of this game on winning the first CBSMF National Championship!

What a blast, great time and a LONG day of MF, I would not have it any other way.

Garrison played some great ball and was able to do it all day long, good showing Rick and congratulations.

Also, big thanks to Eric and Dave for all they do for this hobby. These guys plan and they execute and when they do it they do it right. We are fortunate to have them right here in our back yard.

It was a great day.

I did not bring my camera. I left it at home, I think only a few other pics may have been taken, I usually photograph the dry erase board in our room and then use that as a record of final scores, sorry.

Here is all I can remember:

BCAS over Clemson 20-19
Michigan over Clemson 30-14

In the final game it was ECU over Michigan 21-19


If you guys were all dues paying PAC10 members, I'd feel a little worse about not updating you with scores.
