Default "MOTOR"-VATION

Coaches,

It is urban legend that various coaches pimp there boards different ways to enhance the performance of it. Also to improve the decor.

Ihear some have 6 to 8 motors on a board. if so, how is this done and how does it improve the quality of the board.

1) Does having multiple motors even out dead spots on the board due to the addl current being distubute by said motors ?

*** radio shack has hobby motors ranging from $3 to $7.

I read you still need a 9v motor for these mini motors to work.

*** I guess it is like close encounters where you had the mother ship (9v motor).and all of the other smallers ships flying around. The mother distibutes the power to get these other motors going.

Do these addl motors make a game board that much faster ?

wolf, How many motors are on your chiefs board ? Also, how is it running in general ? I love that field, it is a monster ?

Thanx

Default Motors

I have build a board which is 72 x 24 inches. I use 2 1.5 to 3 volt motors. There is plenty of power. You can find the little motors at radio shack.
