Default are the edfw footballs

coaches,

Are the edfw footballs allowed in any league play ?

If they are not allowed can someone please explain thr reason.

They were made for electric football at some point by some company.

SPEAKING OF FF.NET, PROLINE AND MIGGLE BIGMEN FIGURES ONLY. Do you think these edfw footballs are a decent size for these bigger figures. Miggle made the smaller football from the start for there regular sized figures. I think the smaller football works well with haiti repro's and also.

The maker of the edfw footballs. what figures did they have in mind for it's use during the course of a game ? It's not like your going to hit every pass with these edfw's. Is it that far off in size from the ice cream footballs.

During the course of a game, if a coach pulls out a edfw to pass, will the ref's and league stop that person. Im thinking there were only 4 footballs made in the history of elctric football

1) miggle foam football

2) miggle white felt football

3)miggle ice cream football

4) edfw footballs.

so are these edf's another thing that is outlawed ????

****quick note, just as reg and the shootout style of play allow's you to use ulimited browns bases. There are some who won't let you use the base because the plastic is too thick """ what ???? """ Somebody has to explain that one to the ef world. Why not try to beat the figure on the brown base instead of outlawing it.

Like i said earlier, we have BIGGER FIGURES NOW so is the edfw a go ???

thanx

mantaraydre

ps/some did not want to use the ice cream football because it knocked players over. I say, at least you know you hit the receiver. PICK HIM UP AND TURN AND BURN >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

WHATS THE CASE FOR THE E.D.F.W. ??????????

most leagues ban them because of their size compared to traditional footballs

we allow them in the BEFL!

Thumbs up They are big!

I could sure use them most of the time the way I pass!

Realistically, it's like throwing and catching a compact vehicle!

I personally feel they are too large. I compare it to, if the NFL would let receivers carry giant butterfly nets around to catch the balls. It is then a different game.

Just because something is made for EF/MF doesn't mean it is right or good for the game.

Default Dre

If you put a lighter to them they shrink in size making them allowable for play. That is what I have done to them......

Default THAT'S TRUE

They are alot sturdier than the miggle footballs. But you know, if a coach plays an entie game with the edfw's and wins. And the other coach used the regular miggle footballs. you know that coach who lost will say, " I lost but he was using a bigger football to pass ". I guess you woul have to view the percentage rate of the edfw's during the course of a game. If a coach missies his first five passes with one, then what difference is it really going to make. he will probably miss with anything

thanx

Default I like the edfw

I like the edfw balls. We can use them in the dixie league. The biggest thing I like about the ball is that you can tell when you complete a pass. I know for a fact I have hit the receiver with a pass with the smaller ball and the person that I'm playing would say NO NO Incomplete. Well with this ball there is no dout when you hit the WR. I also think that it promotes offense and is more in line with NFL passing percentiges. Don't get me wrong I use and like the miggle felt ball, and I'm just as effective with it as I'm with the edfw. I just fill that It is more player friendley with the game, and helps promote the hobby easer to new players.

Default butch i agree

butch cart,

I agree it is more player friendly and promotes a little more offense. Your right, many times i would see a coach throw a pass and BOTH COACHES are unsure if the pass was complete or incomplete. They ref also sometimes. This is the case sometimes with kicking . I was just wondering if anyone allowed them for use in a league around the country. Glad to hear you enjoy throwing with them.

Thanx
