Default Older Figures

I have 4 teams I've held onto from the 70's. They are the Browns, the Eagles, the Rams, and the Steelers. 2 of those teams came with the original Super Bowl game I got for Xmas. I ordered the other 2 teams from the order form back then. Are these teams worth anything? Just curious.

Default Taking a stab at it

If they are "Haiti" teams, then they will have some value. Haiti teams go for about $15, and can go as high as $30 per team, depending on the team.

If they are "Chicken Leg" teams, then they dont have as much value. Now we are talking anywhere from $8 up to maybe $15 per team.

THe Haiti figures were more detailed and seem to be more sturdy, but the main thing is, the paint job is very good, compared to the other eras of teams made. If you have the Steelers/Rams SB, then that would be late 70's early 80's teams, which may give you Haiti teams. You can tell a Haiti team by the two "nubs/tabs" that are on the bottom of the platform on each side. This is where the platform was snapped off the sprue after production.

This is my good guess. Perhaps someone else could chime in who is more in the know.

We need pictures in order to value anything. Close-ups if you can. Be sure to take a pic of the bottom of the platforms. We need to see the Letter and Number on the bottom.

Are you "Cheesing" it up with the Whine? LOL!!!

If the bottom letter/numbers are BIG, like A7 for example, that is a Haiti figure. If they are pretty small, more than likely they are a Hong Kong(Chicken Leg or Hogs).
