Please go over frankensteining a base once more. Im not sure what to cut on the boat base. I dont want to over do it and mess things up. THANX MANTARAYDRE

Take a look at this post (link below) and specifically look at Wolf's pictures and Norbert's video. I think the main idea behind the frankenstien base is to put the big "arrow" shells of an old school Munroe base or a boat base over a base with great prongs such as speed rookie bases. There are no manufacturerers of "boat bases" or "arrow" bases anymore...too bad. The problem with a lot of those older boat bases were that the prongs weren't that great, so you cut out all the prongs and put a great running rookie base underneath and you get the advantage of the slippery boat base shape with the nice running base.
