We have a woman in our midst!

It is official...#78...my sister Caryn Day-Suarez is an official member of the MFCA and I believe she is the first female to join. She doesn't play, but she is 110% behind our organization and wants to help in anyway she can. She was a big help on our first issue of THE TWEAK. She is a promoter and author by trade and helped us edit the first issue, with an "outsider" approach to reading our magazine. If you go to www.pow100.com you can see her company and what she is all about. Promotion and publishing is her specialty...two things we need to get the MFCA off the ground. She has also put a link to the MFCA on her website, in hopes of getting more coaches. She has also given me some ideas on how we could further our hobby on a national or local level. News media is the key. The LAEFL has already had some success with their local media, I suggest the next time anyone has an event...call your local media. The worst thing that can happen is that they can say no thanks. Even your local newspaper is a resource.

So help me in welcomeing my sister to our ranks...she loves to read all the responses on this forum and she will hear any love that goes out to her...

Thank you for supporting your brother and the hobby that he has shown much passion towards. I learned a long time ago that family life and hobby time can coexist smoothly and productively, if we can get the women in our lives to support what we're doing. Thank you for using your expertise to help out your brother with editing duties on THE TWEAK. I'm sure the magazine and the MFCA are both benefiting from your insights.
