Default Should the Greatlakes coaches be allowed to play at Miggle ?

I mean should we (serious), the GreatLakes Coaches, be allowed to play at Miggle,................in the last 6 years, 1 of us have played in the Championship game 5 out of the last 6 years, winning 3 times in those 6 years, 1 year, 2 of us played in the Championship game, I feel it's not fair to the other coaches that attend this highly competitive major, I want all to enjoy this beautiful tournament, and to know that you have a chance,................it's a known fact, when you see Greatlakes Coaches attending, I know you feel kinda (well you know), oh god, there here, so I just want all to have a chance, thats all,.........so my question is, should we be allowed to play, or should we take it upon ourshelves to bowel out and let others have that I have a chance feeling to win. ?

P.S. I'm not playing this year, if I do, it will be with all white dials, no prolines.

wow... since I do not attend these events or compete I dunno if my opinion counts, but here is my 2 cents...

this seems like a "if you don't like it, than stop it" situation.

In the words of the Immortal Ric Flair "TO BE THE MAN... YOU GOTTA BEAT THE MAN!"

compete and be the best you can. when someone beats the reigning champs from a good league they will feel even more proud for it
(the Giants Smacking the invincible unbeaten Patriots was made better because of that fact.)

...And is it just me or was that some HUGE Bulletin board material for everyone else?! I think the Great Lakes just laid down the Gauntlet (I hope you guys can cash that cheque)

Post Think about this Norbert.

I am fully of the belief that this is hype.

If not, remember your Miggle Championship? I was right there. You were a sensation, a rockstar. I forgot who you beat but watching you beat then three time champ Ron Bell signaled a changing of the guard.

Yourself, Jim and Greg have championships but to deny someone the opportunity to beat you fair and square, at least to me, is cowardly.

All you guys that show up need to play.

It's not just people outside the Great Lakes that want to kick your _sses!

But man, it's on paper and in the archives, it's not top secret what has been acomplished by the Greatlakes Coaches, DOMINISM across the board has been shown in all styles of MF, I feel as though, we should give and not take all that is shared by so many, (A CHANCE TO WIN)........we should just show up, socialize, chat, and just show support to all that attend, I love all, thats why I show this concern that others may have.

this hobby is turning out to be some softy ice cream thing, i don"t need no hand out. the miggle is always on the east coast what can you expect.( lol )to me the east coast is miggle"s comfort zone that"s why you all can make it every year, thats all! play until i come take it from you! i respect what you have accomplished but be very careful eyes are watching you cop out cause more and more good teams are showing up across the country to play the best. Stay in my friend til the end!

Dude I’m a little offended with your statement, the style of play the miggle has set up is for smash mouth football. We’re if you’re stronger than the guys your playing you will dominate. No one respects the line of scrimmage, there is no proper spacing of the lines, you can run the running back right behind the QB (touching him) what creativity is there? NONE

Like 1 of the other guys said the miggle is for fellowship, and the only folks that take serious are you guys.

Norbert,
although I like where you are going with this, I disagree.... GreatLakes Coaches need to play just like everyone else.... think back, wasn't it a great day for you to finally knock off Mr.Miggle, Ron Bell????????
Well, If he did not play, would your victory have been as sweet??

It is up to the rest of the MF world to kick you guys off the mountain top, if we can!!!!

However, like we discussed, you don't need to play because you have others that want to play you outside of the miggle rules to fellowship and have fun!! At all of the Miggles that I was able to make and you were there...no time for fun because you were "lock in your room" to get ready to play or tweaking up stuff..........

The field of coaches are always tough at Miggle, so do us a favor and not encourge Great lakes coaches not to play.....and for you to spend some time outside of your room and mingle, my Brother.
