Default Weirdwolf

I'm sorry that you and others feel my post was negative and that you realy didn't see my point.

The focus should be on how we as men conduct our self . We jump to conclusion without getting the facts. As with the lock on my last post proves, a lot of times what prople read is miss understood or the point not seen and thus they don't ask question to make sure they understood what they read.

Think of it like this, you know this guy who is a drunk, it might be somone in your family or a dear friend. Then someone who wants to help him starts out with the truth, He is a drunk, now how do we help him get better ?

But you get offended because of the truth, never seeing that the person is trying to help your friend and that getting him to see that he has a problem is the first step in recovery.

This is our hobby. No one wants to say that there is an issue, but every one wants to cover it up .

Man ,........I don't understand why guys just don't see the point that some of the men in this hobby are the issue and that we need to stand for positive coaches and not uphold negative ones.

When some one points out something in an effort to make things better then that is a friend.

So to all readers try and understand this post, see the point I'm making, and do your part to make sure that the integrity of this hobby holds true for the future.

Would you rather play with someone who is honest and fair, or with someone who cares about winning only ?

Turning your back on an issues adds to the negativity, while talking about it brings positivity .

Default I Got Your Point Loud And Clear

AB,
I got your point lound and clear, and totally agree with your point of fellowshipping with the positive coaches and building on what we have in a non selfish manner by promoting the hobby and not solely ourselves, and our products. We as EF coaches need to look in the mirror before pointing the finger at others, and ask what can we do to make the hobby better. If this hobby is to become the next big thing, it can not be about me, me, me, my this my that, I'm the best, I created this, I created that, I won this, I won that. Hopefully this post will not fall on deaf ears as the last one did regarding examples given of things that are very irritating in EF.

Default So True

Man I am so pleased to see that you got it!!!!!!!!!.

Doing things for others is important , and to formulate an opinion on someone or something should be based on facts not on blind opinion .

The game of football teaches so much about life itself that many fail to learn from it. Understanding your duty on a play, maintaining your composure , understanding what you see in front of you, trusting in your team mate, knowing that your actions effect the hole team are all leesons, " life lessons " learned from football .

These are absent in the hobby. We need to cast a bright light on these types of people and let them know that there is no place in this hobby for there conduct . We can not condone there behavior but uphold all that is good and right in the sportsmanship of life .

We are blessed to play the only hands on sports game in the US to my understanding and need to do more .

If your a league member do your part , if you are the head of your league the lead fairly , be honest , be understanding . In doing so this will invite others to fellowship with you or even join your league .

We all want a fair experience from this hobby , but we must first be fair with our self befor we can be fair to others .

Of no judgment either way to the points raised in Anthony's post above, it is worth pointing out that EF is not the only hands-on sports game/hobby in the U.S.
