Just back from Miggle Convention and....

Wow! What a great weekend! I just would like to say to eveyone I met at the convention...thanks for a great time...and I would like to especially like to thank Corey Johnson, Will Travers, Beenutt, Glenn Hardaway, Ray Fanera, Joe Allore, Al Dunham, Matt Wavra, Tim Young, Ronnie Bradley, Edgar Downs and the list goes on and on...it was great to hook up with all of you guys and it made the weekend a lot of fun for me.

In case no one has heard...this year's champion is Greg Hardmon from the Great Lakes EFL.

He defeated Jimbo Dunagan in the Championship game 7-0. It was an awesome game, that saw Jimbo with a chance to score with under 2 minutes to go in the game at Greg's 25 yard line, but he held him on 4th and 7 to win the game...it was awesome to watch.

Thanks also to the Landsman's for putting on another great Miggle Convention Weekend...it was awesome!

Here are a few pics I would like to share with everyone...and just in case anyone is wondering..."Prettyboy" didn't change his clothes as much as I thought he would...but he had a very nice fur coat on all weekend...now I see how Mr. National got his name. But for me getting to know him better was great and now I know why everyone in this hobby likes him so much...he is a really nice guy....that is what these conventions are all about and I am greatful to have been a part of it...

I would also like to especially say thank you to John "Larue" DiCarlo for making the trek all the way from Charlotte New York. John...I consider you to be among one of the nicest guys I have ever met...thank you for sharing with all of us your love for this hobby...you inspire me....

Rene' Smith and myself made it back safely to the DC/Balt area. My thanks to all Detroit guys for making our stay so nice and for accommodating us. More later after I get some sleep. My congrats to the Champs and my thanks to the Landsman’s.
