Question about a rare team

A really rare team question
this team came up a month or so ago and several of us were wondering what it was.......this is a set of broncos that you would think was just a late 70's tudor team.............BUT, i think it is something completely different..........my theory is ; it is some type of prototype ( hope i spelled that right ).......my reasons are this: 1) the men are made out of a material more like rubber ...2) the bag does not have a haiti , china or hong kong marking at all and the lettering is different than those 2....3) on the bottom of the base there is just one mark, a big letter ................i told greenbay glenn and mark robin that i thought maybe they came out after haiti and before the hong kong switch in the late 70's...........mark had asked me to share the photo.i had bought this on ebay from timault new in the bag.........i was hoping that some of you older collectors might know more about this team..i think it is interesting from a collectors standpoint.
