MFCA Regional Reps Needed
We still need:
1 for the Pacific West 1 for the Great Plains 1 for the North East This is a chance for those of you who want to have a voice in how the MFCA goes about it's business to make an impact. Those who step up as reps will be asked for advice, vote on critical decisions and help organize events. It will not be an overwhelming job but an important one to the future of the MFCA. Thanks. Regional Reps The following names have volunteered to be Regional Reps. Here is the list to date. We need two reps for each region and we are still looking for volunteers. If we get more then two we will have a vote by that regions membership. Regional Representative Qualifications
• Should be a good communicator • Have a good working knowledge of all leagues and coaches in their region • Access to a computer on a weekly basis • Able to commit up to one hour per week to correspondence with your region and the MFCA executives by phone and/or email • Willingness to speak on behalf of your regions coaches and leagues • Open to many varied forms of Miniature Football. • Must be willing to serve a minimum of two years Job Responsibilities • Assist in formulating policy that serves the best interests of the MFCA membership. At times will be called upon to vote on issues pertaining to the furthered development of the MFCA • Correspond with all coaches and leagues in your region as necessary • Serve as the voice for your region to the MFCA officers on National MFCA discussions • Assist with or update MFCA forum calendar with info from your region regarding events in the region • With the MFCA events committees guidance, schedule, oversee and officiate or recruit officials for the yearly MFCA Regional Skills Competition • Help the MFCA with recruitment in your region • Will vote on the MFCA Archive Committees inductee recommendations for the MFCA Hall of Fame
